Client Description
We are looking for one of our clients, a major player in mail and parcel distribution:
- A delivery driver M/F
Job Description
As part of this role, you will be responsible for the complete preparation of your route prior to distribution. You will sort the mail and parcels, checking their destination.
You will also be responsible for the proper execution of your route in the field, adapting your organisation to traffic conditions.
You will also contribute to the smooth running of the activity by reporting any anomalies, strictly adhering to safety procedures and ensuring reliable transmission of useful information to the team.
Profile Sought
You have experience related to mail and parcel distribution or in a job accustomed to intense activity peaks or an increased workload (catering for example)
A completed/achieved professional training is a major asset
You ideally know the region and its surroundings
You hold driving licences A1 and B and are comfortable driving a scooter or a large 3.5 t van. Good physical condition is essential, as is the ability to work outdoors.
You stand out for your reliability, punctuality and strong organisational skills
On a relational level, you demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You communicate respectfully and professionally, you know how to keep calm in pressure situations and help convey a positive image of the company to customers.
A clean criminal record is required for this position.
