Role:
You are responsible for operating the IT infrastructure as well as the continuous development and optimisation of the technical systems
Ensuring the efficient use and further development of specialised applications and tools that are crucial for the operation of the company
Leading and successfully implementing complex IT projects within timeframes, budget, and quality standards
Precise documentation of all IT processes and installations to ensure sustainable traceability and maintainability
Efficient handling and resolution of demanding 2nd-level support requests to ensure high system availability and user satisfaction
Requirements:
You have completed IT training or general vocational training with ICT further education and have at least 2 years of experience in system technology, networks, and IT support
Initial practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
Your German language skills are at a business fluent level
