Your Impact with Us

You support our insurance advisors in their operational daily routine and independently take on administrative and coordinating tasks.

This includes creating correspondence, evaluations, as well as processing offers, applications, and contract documents. In direct customer contact by phone or at the counter, you competently and reliably care for our customers.

You respond to enquiries and coordinate appointments across all insurance sectors. As part of the sales support team, you work closely with colleagues and ensure smooth processes.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial basic training and/or several years of professional experience within the insurance industry
• Training as an insurance intermediary VBV or willingness to complete this
• Strong customer orientation and high quality awareness
• Interest in a versatile field of activity and willingness to learn new things
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working, team orientation, high willingness to help and professional attitude

The Insurance Supervision Act requires the completion of the insurance intermediary VBV, all-branch profile, to perform this function. If this is not available, we are happy to support you with tailored internal training.
