Role:
For an established organisation in the service sector, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys working independently, values exchange with different stakeholders, and takes pleasure in applying their expertise. You can expect a varied role with personal responsibility, scope for creativity, and exciting professional challenges.
Responsibilities:
You plan and independently conduct audits at employers and check compliance with social insurance regulations
You analyse payroll and accounting documents and assess the correct recording of relevant contributions
You advise clients on insurance benefits, products, and services
You work closely with internal specialist departments and contribute your insights to the further development of processes
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and several years of professional experience, ideally in auditing, fiduciary services, or the insurance sector
A specialist further education, for example in finance and accounting or in the fiduciary field, is an advantage
You enjoy working independently, are flexible, and appreciate a dynamic working environment
Fluent German language skills are required
