Your mission

As a professional in the trade, you contribute to enhancing a butcher’s counter recognised for the quality of its offer, its know-how and the excellence of its customer service.

Within the framework of assignments with recognised brands, you will be required to:

• Carry out the cutting, preparation and presentation of meats in compliance with quality standards
• Ensure a neat and attractive presentation of products in the display cabinet
• Welcome, advise and serve a demanding clientele thanks to your product expertise
• Guarantee the rigorous application of hygiene, food safety standards and HACCP procedures
• Actively participate in the good maintenance and performance of the counter

Your profile

Passionate about your trade, you combine technical skill, rigour and a sense of service.

You have:

• A butcher’s training or proven experience in a similar environment
• Excellent mastery of meat cutting and preparation techniques
• A sense of customer advice and a neat presentation
• Reliability, autonomy and flexibility in your organisation
• Availability to quickly take on varied assignments
