Team Leader Medical Consultations 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In your position, you take on the professional and organisational management of the medical consultations and secretariats as well as their planning and organisation. You support quality assurance and interdisciplinary projects, write medical reports from dictation, and undertake general administrative tasks. In case of absences, you represent the team leaders of the clinical operations and support the team in consultations and the outpatient laboratory.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a basic medical education (MPA, MPK, FaGe or similar), ideally complemented by a commercial further education, as well as professional and leadership experience. You bring experience in process optimisation, very good PC skills, and ideally knowledge of Navision and KISIM. Furthermore, you convince with confident medical terminology, a fluent style of expression, high social and communication competence, teamwork skills, as well as an independent, responsible and reliable way of working.
