To strengthen its team, the School of Health of HES-SO Valais-Wallis is advertising for its Health Institute the positions of:
2 Administrative Collaborators
Your mission
Participate in organising continuing education courses and ensure the monitoring of students' curricula.
Assume administrative tasks related to the institute.
Ensure the financial monitoring of the Health Continuing Education offer.
Manage reception and organisation of the institute's events.
Provide administrative support to project managers.
Collaborate with the various secretariats of the School of Health and central services.
Participate in the development and promotion of the institute's activities.
Your profile
You hold a commercial professional maturity or equivalent training.
You are capable of working independently and as part of a team.
You demonstrate initiative, are flexible and comfortable in interpersonal contacts.
You have very good IT skills and are comfortable with digital tools.
You are a native French or German speaker with excellent command of the second language. Bilingualism in French and German would be a great asset.
Percentage of activity to be agreed
Two positions are to be filled for a total activity rate of 170%. The distribution between the two positions is flexible.
Contract duration indefinite
Workplace Sion, travel to Visp possible
