Application Supporter (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Analysis and resolution of issues in 2nd-level support
Handling of customer feedback as well as support via telephone and ticket system
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Participation in projects and process optimisations
Conducting tests of new product developments
Qualifications:
Completed basic IT training or equivalent qualification
Experience in application support, knowledge of application management is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and interconnected thinking
Technical understanding of SSH, PHP, HTML and SQL
Customer-oriented, communicative team player personality with very good German and English skills
