For our marketing team, we are looking for an experienced individual with strong consulting, sales, and closing skills. You will professionally guide rental, purchase, and commercial prospects through the marketing process and help shape the real estate marketing of tomorrow with us.
Your area of responsibility
- Independent marketing of new construction projects in the areas of initial rental, sale of residential property, and commercial marketing
- Professional advice and support of rental, purchase, and commercial prospects from first contact to successful contract conclusion
- Conducting consulting and sales discussions, viewings, as well as managing digital application, reservation, and closing processes
- Collaboration with internal specialists from marketing, digital, implementation, and operation as well as continuous optimisation of our marketing and customer processes
- Support in acquiring new mandates, customer presentations and offers, as well as maintaining and expanding your personal network
- Use of modern CRM systems as well as digital and AI-supported tools in the marketing process
What you bring with you
- Real estate-specific further education or degree related to real estate, business, or sales
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate marketing with a focus on sales and/or initial rental of new construction projects, especially in front marketing with direct customer contact
- Strong consulting, sales, negotiation, and closing skills as well as a high customer orientation
- Experience in marketing commercial, office, or retail spaces is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Swiss real estate market and ideally an existing network with owners, investors, project developers, and other market participants
- High affinity for digitalisation, automation, CRM, data, and AI-supported working methods
