System & Tech-Flow (Polypoint PEP)

• Core Polypoint PEP: Responsibility for the stable, secure and efficient operation as well as the continuous further development of the system
• Secure closing process: Confident management of the monthly closing in Polypoint PEP - from plausibility checks through quality assurance to corrections
• Central specialist office: First point of contact and expert support for complex questions around Polypoint PEP
• Release & Change Management: Confident control of changes, releases and system updates for smooth deployments
• Interface expert: Active coordination of collaboration with external manufacturers, suppliers and internal departments

• Rules & system logic: Precise mapping and implementation of labour law, collective labour agreements and internal guidelines in the system landscape
• Agile adaptation: Forward-looking analysis of legal, regulatory or operational changes and direct derivation of necessary system adjustments
• Smart problem solving: Analytical tackling of technical and professional hurdles to develop sustainable optimisation solutions
• Inhouse consulting: Competent advice to internal stakeholders on system functions and their compliant application
• ICS guarantor: Responsibility for the future-proof further development, implementation and seamless documentation of the internal control system (ICS) including active monitoring of all control measures

• Professional coaching: Supporting employees with demanding cases as well as actively building and transferring expertise within the team
• Leadership at eye level: Goal-oriented team leadership, creating clear framework conditions and promoting constructive, motivating collaboration

Competences and potential

Expertise & Polypoint PEP skills

• Track record in Polypoint PEP: Several years of solid experience in administration, configuration, maintenance and further development of the software
• Release & change pro: Practically proven skills in managing changes, releases and tests as well as in interface work with internal and external partners
• Go-to person: Great enthusiasm for acting as the central specialist office and knowledge hub for Polypoint PEP

• Analytical mindset: Strong thinking ability combined with a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
• Sustainable solution finding: Strong analytical competence in complex problem situations and the ability to implement sustainable concepts
• Communication skills: Negotiation-level German language skills in spoken and written form for precise and target-group-appropriate communication

• Knowledge sharing: Talent for conveying complex expertise understandably, inspiring others and professionally developing team members
• Leadership potential: Initial leadership experience is a plus - but attitude, motivation and potential to take on leadership responsibility are more important
