Electrical Project Manager

Meticulous, organised and a natural leader in the field of electrical installations? Our partner is recruiting their new Electrical Project Manager (M/F) to oversee strategic projects.

Your key responsibilities:

• Overall project management: Oversee the entire operation process (administrative buildings, industrial sites or housing), from initial diagnosis to final acceptance.

• Financial management and planning: Establish schedules, control budget profitability and maintain the margin level of your projects.

• Operational coordination: Synchronise the study teams, execution staff and subcontractors on site.

• Representation and compliance: Be the primary contact for clients, project managers and inspection bodies, while ensuring strict compliance with current standards (NIBT / OIBT).

• Business development: Participate in quotations, the preparation of technical proposals and the development of the regional professional network.

Your profile:

• Education: Electrician-assembler federal certificate of competence (CFC), ideally supplemented by a certificate, a higher education diploma (ES) or an engineering degree in electrical engineering.

• Professional skills: Proven experience in project management in Switzerland and thorough knowledge of NIBT and OIBT guidelines.

• IT skills: Comfortable with office tools as well as estimating and scheduling software.

• Personal skills: Management abilities, interpersonal ease and responsiveness, with excellent stress management in the face of unforeseen site events.

• Requirement: Holder of a driving licence.
