Senior IT Support Specialist - Workplace & Executive Support (m/f/d)

Role:
Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong service orientation looking for an environment where trust, discretion and technical excellence are paramount? In this role, you ensure that modern workplace systems, mobile devices and collaboration solutions function reliably at all times. You take on executive IT support for a demanding target group and ensure smooth processes in daily work with your professional demeanour.
Responsibilities:
- You take on personal 1st and 2nd level support for executives and management
- In this role, you support Windows clients, notebooks as well as Apple iPhones and iPads
- As an Executive IT Support Specialist, you assist with Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools
- You provide technical support for management meetings and hybrid events
- In this role, you process and coordinate support requests and work with international internal IT teams
- As an Executive IT Support Specialist, you ensure compliance with IT security, data protection and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience in client support, workplace support or executive IT support
- You are very familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows as well as Apple iOS and iPadOS
- You are characterised by a high service orientation and enjoy personally supporting demanding user groups
- You present yourself discreetly, reliably and with trustworthiness
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and communicate fluently in German and well in English
