Experienced Network Electrician (M/F)

• Contract type: Long-term temporary assignment

Your main tasks

• Network construction and maintenance: Laying, pulling and connecting underground and overhead cables (low and high voltage - LV/HV).

• Installations and equipment: Assembly, equipping and maintenance of transformer stations, distribution boxes and earthing installations.

• Public lighting and infrastructure: Installation, connection and maintenance of public lighting networks and urban equipment.

• Diagnosis and troubleshooting: Fault finding, performing electrical control measurements and safe recommissioning of installations.

• Safety and standards: Strict compliance with safety guidelines (ESTI, SUVA, OIBT/NIBT) and wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Your profile

• Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience on electrical network sites in Switzerland.

• Physical aptitude and safety: No fear of heights (work at height on pylons and masts), excellent physical condition and enjoyment of working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in reading network plans, pulling complex cables, jointing/connection techniques and HV/LV safety rules.

• Licences and mobility: Category B driving licence essential. Heavy vehicle licence (C/CE) or platform lift licence is a significant advantage.

• Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, team spirit and professional rigour.
