To strengthen the team, an ambitious individual with the necessary technical understanding and a passion for IT is now being sought. - Technical customer support via telephone, email and remote access
- Installation, configuration, maintenance of common Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Office applications, SQL Server, Exchange
- Assistance with the installation of updates
- User management using Active Directory
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Virtualisation, MS SQL Server, etc.)
- Basic knowledge in the network area (routing, LAN, WAN, security)
- Proficient in handling hardware
- Confident German in spoken and written form and very good English skills
- Internal and external training
- Very good social benefits
Tasks
- Support and participation in the implementation of exciting IT projects in the infrastructure area (server, PC, network, etc.).- Technical customer support via telephone, email and remote access
