ZurichYour Tasks
- You coach and professionally support the integration advisors and assist the target group with questions regarding integration.
- You plan, organise and conduct training sessions in the field of early childhood and develop the corresponding training content.
- You coordinate the deployment planning of the integration advisors and monitor the hours worked.
- You record and evaluate consultations and prepare relevant key figures for reporting.
- You assist with research tasks to prepare new projects and project phases.
- You support the department by participating in other projects.
Your Profile
- Completed degree (Bachelor of Applied Sciences or comparable qualification) relevant to the field of work
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C1), additional spoken foreign language skills are an advantage
- Engaging, empathetic personality with a positive demeanour and motivating presence
- Experience in early childhood, family work, migration and advisory activities
- Strong organisational skills, high accuracy and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills as well as pronounced intercultural sensitivity and competence

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 85,000 and 105,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary according to our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.

About AOZ
AOZ is a non-profit, independent public-law institution of the City of Zurich with over 2000 employees and more than 1000 intercultural interpreters and volunteers. On behalf of the federal government, cantons, City of Zurich and other municipalities, it provides professional services in the migration and integration sector.
The Department of Social Integration develops and implements various projects in the Greater Zurich area, mainly in the areas of low-threshold language promotion for migrants (www.aoz.ch/introdeutsch), initial information (www.aoz.ch/erstinformation) and early childhood. It also supports project-based activities within the framework of civil society engagement in the asylum and refugee sector.
In the AHOI project (Arriving with children of preschool age), native-speaking integration advisors inform parents in personal meetings about language promotion, early childhood offers, as well as contact and advisory centres, and accompany them to these.
The offer is free of charge and aimed at families from the asylum sector in the City of Zurich with children aged 0 to 4 years.
