What to expect

• Administrative and organisational support of the Production Manager in daily business
• Coordination and monitoring of appointments, meetings and pending tasks
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings including minute-taking
• Creation and preparation of presentations, evaluations, statistics and decision-making bases
• Independent handling of correspondence as well as maintenance of relevant documents and files
• Organisation of internal events, training sessions and visits
• Administrative support in cross-departmental projects and processes
• Professional collaboration with internal specialist departments and external contacts

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in an assistant role, ideally in an industrial or production-related environment
• Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Confident German language skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Strong organisational talent and the ability to set priorities correctly
• Discretion and a responsible approach to confidential information
• Communicative, service-oriented and resilient personality with enjoyment of teamwork
