Responsibilities

• 5-Star Catering & Hospitality Service :* Provide personalised welcome, advice and impeccable table service according to luxury standards.

• Events & Catering: Participate in the running of banquets, galas, private receptions and large-scale corporate events.

• Setup & Table Dressing: Ensure refined table settings, preparation of service areas and compliance with HACCP standards.

• Customer Relations: Embody the prestige of our clients through a professional, discreet and elegant demeanour.

Profile sought

• Experience: Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, gourmet/starred restaurant or exceptional catering service.

• Languages: Fluent French and professional English essential (any other language is a plus).

• Interpersonal skills: Excellent service sense, impeccable presentation, discretion and great adaptability to different work environments.

• Flexibility: Availability for variable hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) depending on assignments.
