Monitoring of application and system monitoring as well as analysing and resolving technical faults
Processing, prioritising and coordinating service tickets and incidents including escalation management
Supporting users across various support levels and creating and maintaining technical documentation
Administration and support of IT workstations, peripheral devices, communication solutions and servers
Participation in IT modernisation projects as well as coordination of technical integrations and taking on on-call duties
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in IT support, service desk or IT infrastructure
Good knowledge of the Microsoft, Citrix and Google environments as well as experience with cloud-based applications
Experience in incident, ticket and escalation management
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
