Your Tasks:

In this versatile role, you work at the interface of research, practice and teaching, contributing your expertise to exciting projects. 

• Participation in application-oriented research projects in the field of Human Resource Management and Organisation 
• Transfer of research results into science and practice as well as involvement in scientific publications
• Support in acquiring research projects and collaboration with practice partners 
• Participation in service and continuing education projects 
• Support in teaching, for example in supervising students and as a teaching assistant 
• Involvement in institute-wide tasks and projects

The position is initially limited to 3 years.

Your Profile:

You are passionate about scientific work, possess sound methodological knowledge and want to help shape current issues in the field of Human Resource Management and Organisation.

• Master's degree (university, ETH or university of applied sciences) in management or social sciences, business administration, work and organisational psychology or a related field 
• In-depth knowledge in Human Resource Management, Organisation or a related subject area 
• Very good knowledge of social research methods 
• Initial experience in research projects, scientific work or publications is an advantage 
• Enjoy working with practice partners as well as an independent and reliable working style 
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
