Building Maintenance Technician (M/F)
Your mission:
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the building's technical installations, particularly in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary systems and automation
• Check, adjust and optimise the operation of installations and control systems to guarantee their availability and energy performance
• Diagnose faults, handle technical alarms and carry out necessary interventions respecting priorities and safety rules
• Monitor supervision systems and centralised technical management, as well as building control equipment and automation
• Participate in connecting production means to technical networks, extension works and installation projects
• Coordinate and monitor external contractors to ensure the quality, compliance and safety of their services
• Update technical data and maintenance plans, follow up intervention requests and contribute to the continuous improvement of installations
Your profile:
• Federal VET Diploma in sanitary, refrigeration, building technology, automation or equivalent training
• Additional training such as ES Technician or Bachelor in building technology, energy, automation or equivalent field is an advantage
• Proven experience in maintaining complex technical installations, ideally in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of HVAC installations, sanitary systems, control systems and/or building automation according to the area of specialisation
• Proficiency in a centralised technical management system, a computerised maintenance management tool and common IT tools
• Knowledge of hydraulic and air handling installations, technical networks, energy automation or building communication protocols is an advantage
• Ability to manage emergencies, set priorities and provide on-call service as needed
• Rigour, flexibility, sense of responsibility and respect for safety protocols
• Good communication skills, team spirit and customer orientation
