Civil Engineer in Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Civil Engineer in Civil Engineering for the planning and construction management of public infrastructure projects. The focus is on road construction, utility construction and general municipal civil engineering in the Fricktal region. You will accompany projects from planning and tendering through to realisation and, depending on your experience, independently take on project and construction management tasks. At the same time, you will contribute to the introduction and further development of BIM-based working methods in civil engineering.
Responsibilities:
Planning and management of projects in general civil and road construction
Planning and realisation of utility and development projects
Handling public and municipal infrastructure facilities
Accompanying projects from planning to realisation and commissioning
Taking over the local construction management for road and utility projects
Preparation of project, tender and execution documents
Conducting and accompanying tenders and awards
Monitoring costs, deadlines, quality and construction progress
Coordination with municipalities, clients, authorities, utility companies and construction companies
Checking quantities, contractor invoices and claims
Participation in the introduction and application of BIM methods in civil engineering
Support and advice for clients as well as maintenance of regional customer and project relationships
Qualifications:
Completed studies as a Civil Engineer FH/ETH or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in general civil engineering
Experience in road construction and utility construction
Knowledge in planning and/or construction management of infrastructure projects
Knowledge of relevant Swiss SIA and VSS standards
Interest in BIM and digital planning and project management methods
Regional network or knowledge of the Fricktal construction market is an advantage
Very good German language skills as well as professional conduct towards clients and authorities
