Finance Manager

For our client, an international group locally established, we are looking for a Finance Manager capable of handling both local accounting and consolidation at the holding level in a context of acquisition and structuring.

Reporting to the group management members, you are responsible for:

- Complete management of accounting up to the closing of several Swiss entities including intercompany and VAT
- Budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting
- Group consolidation
- Implementation of accounting processes and automation
- Financial reports and group reporting
- Being the point of contact with auditors
- Cash management
- Support in accounting structuring and change management within the group

We are looking for:
- 6/10 years of experience in Swiss accounting and ideally some experience in French accounting / company
- experience in the construction sector or project mode
- experience in consolidation / reporting
- French speaker, English B2
- Salary: 110/120 K CHF negotiable - position based near Lausanne with some local travel

Our ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and will have already worked in a context of acquiring a local company within a group.
