Role:
The company is an internationally active Swiss corporate group that develops and implements solutions for energy supply, buildings, and central infrastructures. The range of services extends from the production and marketing of renewable energy to the operation and further development of power grids, as well as engineering, building technology, and the construction and maintenance of energy, transport, telecommunications, and water networks.

Responsibilities:
You manage the finance function across several companies and business units in Germany and Switzerland and develop accounting and tax strategically and operationally.
Together with the specialist departments, you harmonise accounting, KPIs, and financial processes and build scalable shared service structures for an efficient organisation.
You ensure IFRS and HGB-compliant financial statements and are responsible for central processes from AP and AR to assets, payment transactions, liquidity, and tax compliance.
You lead the further development of the organisation, accompany transformation and integration, and ensure the performance and professional development of the teams.
Qualifications:
A completed degree in finance, accounting, or business administration forms your professional foundation.
You have several years of leadership experience in complex, capital-intensive corporate structures and are familiar with the requirements of decentralised organisations.
Solid operational experience with IFRS and HGB is required.
You present yourself confidently to management and corporate functions, set clear priorities, and have a high level of assertiveness.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills enable you to communicate securely in an international environment.
