As team leader, you are jointly responsible with your team for the technical operation and continuous development of buildings and infrastructure. You lead projects, manage external partners, and ensure efficient, sustainable, and legally compliant management of technical systems.
Responsibilities:
Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team
Responsibility for the technical building and infrastructure development as well as its continuous optimisation
Planning, control, and monitoring of modernisation, conversion, and investment projects
Management of specific facility management projects from planning to implementation
Development and implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability measures
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and relevant standards, especially in fire protection
Coordination and management of external service providers and contractors
Budget planning, cost control, and ongoing optimisation of facility costs
Preparation of investment proposals including cost calculation and profitability analysis
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in technical facility management, ideally in a production environment
Experience in leading employees as well as strong communication and organisational skills
Sound knowledge of relevant legal regulations and technical standards
Experience in project management and managing external service providers
Entrepreneurial mindset as well as strong solution and implementation orientation
Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, especially SAP
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
