As part of a temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, a
Pharma / Chemical Production Operator (M/F)
Your mission:
- Ensure the operation of production equipment (weighing, mixing, packaging, etc.)
- Carry out in-process controls (process parameters, visual inspections, sampling)
- Complete batch records and traceability documentation (GMP)
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety procedures and good manufacturing practices
- Participate in cleaning operations, first-level maintenance and format changes
- Report any anomalies or deviations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Required technical skills:
- Training in chemistry, pharmacy, bio-industries or equivalent technical field (CFC, CQP or similar qualification)
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards (ISO, cGMP)
- Proficiency in operating industrial equipment (PLCs, packaging machines)
- Ability to read and follow strict procedures and operating instructions
- Basic knowledge of chemical safety (handling substances, wearing PPE)
- Familiarity with simple IT tools (data entry, ERP) is a plus
Your profile:
- You are rigorous, organised and attentive to detail
- You appreciate working in a supervised and regulated environment
- You can work in a team while being autonomous in your tasks
- You are available for shift work / team work (2x8, 3x8 – to be adapted according to the position)
- Previous experience in pharma, chemical or food industry is an asset, but motivated beginners are also considered
