Utilities Engineering & Maintenance Coordinator

Within the Engineering & Maintenance department, you coordinate the operation and maintenance of GMP technical installations in a modern and regulated production environment.

• Coordinate and support specialist groups in their daily activities.
• Organise and control the operation, management, logistics and maintenance activities of Utilities installations.
• Supervise clean systems, pharmaceutical water production, HVAC installations, refrigeration and non-clean technical systems.
• Ensure the availability, reliability and compliance of technical installations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, internal procedures and safety standards.
• Contribute to compliance activities, improvement projects and innovation initiatives.
• Promote collaboration between teams and cross-functional roles, while providing coaching.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of installations and processes, as well as on-call service.

• Recognised technical training in industrial maintenance, operation or building technologies.
• 5 to 9 years of experience in industrial maintenance or operation, ideally in a pharmaceutical, chemical or food environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in coordinating and supporting Utilities teams or specialists.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, clean systems, pharmaceutical water production, HVAC, refrigeration and non-clean technical systems.
• Very good knowledge of industrial process management, GMP requirements and SAP-PM.
• Recognised leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to support and motivate teams.
• Proactive, organised, autonomous, rigorous, flexible and versatile personality.
• Availability for on-call service; an OIBT authorisation and/or a federal maintenance agent certificate are an advantage.
