CRS Health Assistant

Created in 2016, Ô Santé is a rapidly expanding private home care and assistance organisation providing a comprehensive range of services delivered by local professionals in the Lausanne region and on the Côte.

Its team offers a high-quality service with a personalised approach, valuing the individual, respecting their uniqueness and needs.

To ensure its development, Ô Santé wishes to recruit a

Contract type: Permanent and/or temporary

Activity rate: 40 to 80%

Workplace: Lausanne and surroundings, La Broye, the Côte

Your profile

CRS Health Assistant certificate 120 hours or diploma recognition with the Swiss Red Cross

For foreign qualifications, nursing assistant diploma

Experience in geriatrics and home care is an advantage

Motivated, flexible, available

Driving licence required

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in French (level B1)

Your mission

Provide basic care, hygiene and comfort services in activities

Monitor the general condition of clients and report useful observations for quality care in continuity of care

Stimulate and support clients and their relatives by maintaining their autonomy and quality of life as much as possible according to their abilities

Offer listening and develop a relational and trust bond
