Platform Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 135,000How do you stop a drone in mid-air? Our Rocken partner develops and produces intelligent interception systems for unmanned aerial vehicles. With electrically powered Sentinel systems reaching speeds of up to 230 km/h, the company protects critical infrastructures from unwanted aerial intruders. The solutions combine autonomous flight control, intelligent seekers, and modular design – from pure interception to controlled removal into safety zones. The focus is always on minimising collateral damage. The team works at the interface of defence technology, robotics, and airspace surveillance. Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths characterise the daily work. Are you ready to work on systems that redefine security? Then our Rocken partner looks forward to your application.

You increase the reproducibility of builds across developer machines, CI runners, and target environments
You manage dependency management and use containers for stable build and test environments
You expand test automation, from unit tests to comprehensive system tests
You improve release automation, artefact management, versioning, and traceability
Additionally, you work closely with development teams and document workflows and infrastructure decisions comprehensibly
Qualifications:
You bring solid experience with CI/CD, build automation, and Git-based development processes
You have solid Linux knowledge, especially in build environments, containerisation, and scripting
You are familiar with modern build workflows and dependency management from practice
You understand reproducible builds, stable toolchains, dependency pinning, and artefact management
You analyse complex build and deployment problems in a structured way and solve them pragmatically
You script confidently in Bash, Python, or comparable languages and communicate strongly with development teams
Benefits:
- Home office
- Experienced and dynamic team
- Interesting and varied tasks/projects
