For our AMAG Retail operation in Oftringen we are looking for you as a Service Advisor (m/f/d) 80-100%.
In Oftringen, people, paths and stories meet every day. You are more than just the interface between customers and the workshop: you listen, advise personally and find solutions that fit.

What you can achieve with us
- Customer Relationship Manager: You welcome our customers at reception and ensure the first contact, both on the phone and in person on site
- Sales bridge: You work closely with the sales team and form the interface between the workshop and customers
- Quotation expert: You prepare quotations according to the order, check vehicles for cleanliness and completeness and ensure professional order processing
- Mobility master: You create a pleasant atmosphere and impress our customers with your expertise and passion for holistic mobility
What you bring with you
- Professional training and commercial expertise: You have automotive technical training, such as automotive specialist EFZ or automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, and have good commercial knowledge as well as several years of professional experience as a service advisor
- Electromobility expert: You have experience in e-mobility and a good understanding of high-voltage technology
- Service professional: You are outgoing, enjoy approaching people and impress with your advisory competence and persuasiveness
- Mindset master: You are resilient, handle stress positively and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented manner as well as your expertise and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mix
- Communicator: Ideally, you have solid English skills and can express yourself confidently
- IT expert: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication and the use of AI tools
- Driving professional: Valid driving licence category B
