Role:
In this role, you will take on diverse tasks in ongoing accounting and ensure reliable payment processing. You will also support annual financial statements, reporting, and liquidity management and contribute to improving financial processes.
Responsibilities:
Processing accounts payable and receivable including monitoring outstanding receivables and dunning
Managing financial and asset accounting as well as the cash register
Execution and control of national and international payments
Preparation of VAT and VOC statements
Assistance with annual financial statements, financial reporting, and cash management
Mutual deputising within the finance team
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education as a financial and accounting clerk
Professional experience in a comparable accounting role
Very good user knowledge of MS Office and Abacus
Precise, careful, and independent working style as well as discreet handling of confidential information
Team spirit and willingness to take responsibility in daily business
Very good German skills and spoken French skills
