Position Manager - Head of Department
Your main duties:
- ensure the control of the bank's cash positions (daily) and/or securities (monthly) with correspondents/depositories using the available tools while respecting the procedures specific to each correspondent/depository
- establish / analyse / optimise / use the service's performance indicators (statistics) and take all necessary corrective/informative measures and inform the hierarchy and the line
- master and develop the IT systems available to the business as well as the technical and legal directives/rules specific to the assigned tasks. Ensure application / training / monitoring
- actively participate by putting your expertise in your field of activity at the service of both the bank's strategic projects and those concerning organisational and/or IT procedures as well as those directly impacting it
- prevent problems and errors through active monitoring of particular situations and legal/business developments to propose/implement organisational and IT improvement measures
- apply the procedures established for customer payment traffic operations that fall under OBA-CDB rules while respecting the legal and technical constraints (internal/external) specific to your field of activity.
Your profile:
- training related to the field
- proven experience in a similar position
- ability to define a vision and translate it into operational actions
- excellent communication skills, interpersonal ease and stakeholder management
- analytical ability, strong autonomy and rigour,
- leadership, sense of responsibility, decision-making ability and ability to unite
- excellent command of French, English C1 or C2 and German would be a plus
