Mandate Manager - Trustee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 135,000Responsibilities:
You manage the accounting for various clients, including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
You prepare interim and annual financial statements and discuss them with clients.
You independently take on new mandates and set them up in the accounting software.
You prepare tax returns for individuals and companies.
You actively participate in internal projects for process optimisation and digitalisation.
You support management and act as their deputy when required.
You actively contribute to the further development of the company.
Qualifications:
You have a federal diploma in finance and accounting, as a trustee, or are training to become a certified trust expert.
You bring several years of experience in the fiduciary sector or have a strong interest in it.
You are proficient with MS Office, Abacus or Bexio and have a high IT affinity.
You want to actively shape a growing fiduciary company.
