Your Tasks
You support customers by phone and in writing in German and French
You open vested benefits accounts and process payments and changes
You receive and process salary notifications
You clarify issues related to occupational pension provision and debt collection - clearly and solution-oriented
You contribute improvement ideas from day-to-day business
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or retail apprenticeship
Experience in service or - customer contact, preferably from contact centre, bank, insurance or fiduciary services
German at C1 level, French at least B2 - Italian or English an advantage - You remain friendly and calm, even when it gets hectic
- You work precisely, independently and enjoy repetitive processes
- You are open to new things and willing to familiarise yourself with occupational pension provision
