Role:
As a Technical Editor, you are responsible for creating precise and comprehensible technical documentation, operating instructions, and manuals for the products of our ROCKEN partner.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and editing of technical texts, instructions, and manuals in compliance with standards and guidelines
- Close cooperation with development and production departments to collect and prepare technical information
- Preparation of complex technical content into understandable and user-friendly documentation
- Maintenance and updating of existing documentation according to changes and requirements
- Quality assurance of the created documentation regarding language, layout, and content
Qualifications:
- Completed studies or training in technical editing, communication, journalism, or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge in creating technical documentation and handling editorial systems
- Technical understanding and the ability to convey complex technical matters clearly
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
