Your Tasks
- Manage accounts receivable for transport and ancillary income, including posting and monitoring payment transactions
- Support and maintain various specialised applications for municipal and public transport
- Prepare statistics and analyses
- Assist with year-end closing tasks
- General administrative duties in the areas of accounts payable and financial accounting
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training and several years of professional experience in accounting, accounts receivable area
- Further training in accounting clerical work is an advantage
- Good IT skills, especially MS Office (Excel) and Abacus are advantageous
- Confident command of German
- Precise, conscientious and team-oriented personality
