Team Leader AVOR & PPS 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss company in the industrial sector. High quality standards, reliable processes, and the continuous development of technical solutions are at the core.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and development of the team in production planning and AVOR.
Monitoring order processing and ongoing coordination of production dates.
Coordination of material provision, assembly, and technical inspections in the ERP system.
Ensuring correct production master data and reliable planning bases.
Managing production considering capacities and material stocks.
Coordination with purchasing, design, and production to meet agreed delivery deadlines.
Analysis of existing processes and implementation of improvements in production control.
Coordination with sales and service regarding project-related schedule changes.
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with further education at HF or FH level or equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in leading employees in a production company.
Sound knowledge of SAP and ERP-based manufacturing processes.
Practical experience in production planning, order control, or work preparation.
Good skills in capacity planning and resource coordination.
Independent, systematic, and solution-oriented approach.
Confident handling of various internal stakeholders.
Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
