In this role, you are primarily responsible for accounts receivable accounting and the flawless handling of the dunning process. In addition, you are the main contact person for our internal and external stakeholders regarding questions about dunning and collection runs.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out dunning and collection runs
- Clarifying credit note notifications with internal and external stakeholders
- Clarifying and reconciling customer accounts including sending account statements
- Responsible main contact person for external customers
- Responsible for credit management: checking and approving orders
- Assisting and supporting projects related to optimisation in accounts receivable accounting
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training with further education in accounting
- Sound knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Proficient in SAP R/3 with good knowledge of the FI/MM/SD modules
- Good MS Office skills (Excel/Word)
- Flawless written and spoken German, spoken and written English skills (B2 level), French skills advantageous
