The mission of the School of Practical Arts is to train students in the operational demands of the hospitality industry, including the management of food and beverage services, guest reception, staff supervision, and event organization. The programs focus on service excellence, attention to detail, as well as culinary and hospitality expertise. They allow students to develop practical skills that complement their theoretical knowledge .
To join our team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.
What will you do?
- Teaching to Preparatory Year’ students.
- Creating and planning courses in collaboration with peers, and delivering courses.
- Preparing and grading students’ learning assessments, as well as make-up exams, and providing students with consistent feedback aligned across teachers.
- Writing responses to comments from exam consultations, in collaboration with proper stakeholders.
- Supporting students on demand for their theses and final projects.
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor’ Degree (minimum) in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or Data Science, or any other relevant field.
- You have 1 to 3 years’ experience teaching at higher education level, ideally, previous experience teaching academic writing (at any level).
- You are a team player who maintains positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- You have expertise in the subject area and passion to transmit to the students are key.
- You are fluent in English.
