ERP, Data Digitalisation Specialist Permanent Full-Time (M/F)

We are a Swiss private company specialising in the design and manufacture of high-precision CNC machines. We provide comprehensive solutions to our international clientele for the production of precision tools and operate in a "4.0" work environment.

Having been on the path of digital transformation for several years, we are looking for an ERP, Data Digitalisation Specialist to strengthen our IS team.

YOUR MISSION:

• Analyse business needs and translate them into concrete solutions
• Provide close support to users and accompany change management
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI use to improve efficiency and user experience
• Ensure maintenance, continuous improvement and reliability of business applications
• Develop and optimise existing solutions: ProConcept ERP, Odoo, PowerBi, Visiativ process

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business informatics (HES or ES) or equivalent training
• Additional training or specialisation in AI or BI highly desirable
• Good command of relational databases and Oracle and/or SQL Server environments (SQL, PL/SQL, TSQL)
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations and data flows (Java, Python)
• Understanding of ERP concepts and experience with market solutions (ProConcept, Odoo)
• Solid experience in analysing business needs and translating them into digital solutions
• Native French speaker with very good knowledge of English
• Strong client/user orientation and a "hands-on" person
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
