Responsibilities:
You install, configure and maintain IT end devices and provide 2nd-level support for hardware and software
You are responsible for patch management of Windows devices and distribute updates on time
You support end users with hardware, MS Teams telephony and training
You maintain inventory data in the ITSM tool and assist with IT relocations as well as warehouse management
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an IT specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification
You bring experience in IT client support (2nd level) and IT client management
You are proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues and familiar with Windows 10/11, MS Teams telephony, Microsoft Entra ID / AAD, M365 and MS Intune
You manage IT clients, drivers, firmware and Windows Update for Business and have basic knowledge of macOS
You work confidently with a ticket system (e.g. ServiceNow) and ideally according to ITIL, driving licence B is available
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
