Your area of responsibility

• You welcome our patients and accompany them through the appointment process. Your deployment takes place in the jointly established dispatch of Haematology and Medical Oncology in House 28
• You coordinate and schedule appointments for consultations, examinations and handle telephone as well as personal enquiries with a high level of service orientation
• You contribute to the smooth running of the outpatient clinic and are the central contact person for internal as well as external contacts
• Administrative tasks such as providing information, correspondence and data maintenance also belong to your varied range of duties

Your experience

• You have completed medical or commercial basic training. Further training as a medical secretary is an advantage
• You enjoy dealing with people, have a service-oriented and structured way of working as well as experience at reception or in dispatch
• Ideally, you have experience in healthcare and can classify medical terminology
• Very good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to work with a digital clinical information system (EPIC) complete your profile
