Operations & DevOps: You monitor productive systems, optimise performance and resources, and accompany deployments and releases.
IT Security & Resilience: You harden systems and networks and are responsible for backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
3rd-Level Support: You analyse complex faults and production errors, perform data corrections, and take over technical escalation in critical incidents.
Cloud & Infrastructure: You operate and further develop server, network, and cloud infrastructures and support migrations.
Standards & Documentation: You establish sustainable processes, document comprehensibly, and ensure security and quality standards in ongoing operations.
Qualifications:
IT education (EFZ, degree or equivalent) as well as several years of experience in operating business-critical systems and in 3rd-level support.
Solid knowledge in IT security, networks, and firewalls; experience with ISMS, CISO tasks, or ISO 27001 is an advantage.
Confident handling of Linux, shell, and SQL; knowledge in shell scripting, programming, AI, and automation is welcome.
Experience with cloud solutions as well as support for macOS, Microsoft 365, and Windows clients; structured and responsible working style.
Fluent written and spoken German and good technical English.
