You are looking for a new challenge as an ICT System Engineer and already have experience in this field. In this role, you take responsibility for modern IT infrastructures and support locations and projects in Switzerland and internationally. You are responsible for operating and further developing these infrastructures to meet the requirements of companies and external customers. You bring your skills and experience to develop and implement innovative solutions. You are an important part of a team committed to supporting companies and projects.
Responsibilities:
- You independently plan and implement ICT infrastructure projects
- In this role, you operate, monitor and further develop the IT infrastructures of the EASY-CERT group as well as our external customers
- As an ICT System Engineer, you support and further develop a predominantly self-operated on-premises infrastructure with integrated cloud services
- You support employees and customers in 2nd and 3rd level support
- You analyse faults, develop sustainable solutions and document them
- You contribute to the introduction of new technologies and the optimisation of existing systems
Qualifications:
- You have experience as a System Engineer, System Administrator or in a comparable role
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- You have solid knowledge of network technologies such as firewalls, routing, switching and WLAN
- You have good knowledge in operating Linux systems, especially Debian
- You are interested in IT security, cloud technologies and modern workplace solutions
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and have very good German and good English skills
