Architect Execution Planning (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Architect Execution Planning to collaborate on architecturally demanding building projects in the Zug region. The focus of the position is on execution and detailed planning as well as the constructive further development of high-quality architecture from design to realisation. You will create precise 3D CAD plans with ArchiCAD, develop constructive details and coordinate planning with specialist planners and other project participants. The position offers a professional architectural environment with diverse projects and a high standard of design, construction and execution quality.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding building projects with a focus on execution and detailed planning
Creation and development of working, execution and detailed plans with ArchiCAD 3D
Constructive elaboration of building designs considering architecture, materialisation and technical feasibility
Development and graphic implementation of construction details, connections and component assemblies
Coordination and integration of planning bases from structural engineering, HVAC, electrical and other specialist planning
Conducting plan and interface coordination and resolving planning conflicts before execution
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, building regulations and project-specific quality requirements
Creation and maintenance of 3D building models as well as structured plan and project documentation
Support in material, product and construction decisions and in technical sampling
Creation and processing of visualisations, presentations and planning documents using common image editing software
Coordination with project management, site management, specialist planners and contractors during the planning and realisation phases
Qualifications:
Completed architectural studies at FH, ETH or university level or a comparable architectural education
At least 3 years of practical experience in Switzerland, preferably in execution planning of demanding building projects
Solid knowledge in execution, working and detailed planning
Very good user skills in ArchiCAD 3D and experience with model-based building planning
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations and constructive standards
Confident use of common image editing and presentation software
Very good German language skills spoken and written
