Operator – Washing Workshop

To support our growth and the development of our activities, we are continuing to strengthen our teams and are currently looking within our finishing workshop for:

Your mission:

Within our washing workshop, you ensure the cleaning of watchmaking and jewellery components throughout the manufacturing process.

Thanks to your rigour and organisational skills, you take charge of collecting components from the various workshops, their preparation, selecting the appropriate washing programmes as well as machine, manual and ultrasonic bath washing operations. You ensure compliance with procedures, safety rules, traceability requirements and quality standards to guarantee the conformity of the parts.

Main tasks:

• Collect components from the various workshops and ensure their preparation before washing.
• Carry out the setting in the bowler as well as manual, automatic and ultrasonic bath washing operations.
• Perform preparation operations and passage through electroplating baths.
• Select appropriate washing programmes according to components and processes.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety rules and traceability of operations.
• Manage the storage and handling of products in accordance with current instructions.
• Participate in the routine maintenance of equipment related to the activity and keep your workstation clean and organised.

Profile sought:

• Experience in surface treatment, industrial washing or an environment using chemical products is an asset.
• Good mastery of using a binocular microscope and tweezers.
• Good manual dexterity and excellent visual acuity.
• Organisational skills and ability to apply procedures rigorously.
• Reliability, methodical approach and sense of responsibility.
• Team spirit, good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Patience, flexibility and desire to invest long-term in a demanding industrial environment.
