We are looking for a Data Entry Operator specialised in fibre optics to join a close-knit and experienced team of 3 people.

Your role

At the heart of fibre optic projects, you will be an essential link between site feedback and its integration into our databases.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Receive, analyse and integrate data from sites (plans, computer files…).
• Check the reliability of information, detect and correct any errors.
• Update, index, classify and archive documents.
• Read and interpret technical plans and apply internal procedures.
• Occasionally carry out field surveys: existing routes, technical points, ducts, FOA…
• Monitor your activities and provide regular reporting.
• Be a source of information feedback to your manager.
• Comply with procedures and safety rules.

The role combines office work and occasional field interventions, for a varied and concrete activity.

Your profile

You are rigorous, organised and meticulous, with a genuine interest in the fibre optics field.

Ideally, you have:

• Significant experience in the fibre optics sector.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of CAD software, especially Netgeo and QGIS.
• Good ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Autonomy, a sense of priorities and a good team spirit.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• A driving licence (category B), essential for field travel.
