Within a regulated industrial environment (medical devices), the Robotics & Industrial Vision Maintenance Specialist ensures the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of robotic systems, industrial vision, and production equipment to guarantee their availability, reliability, and performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of automated production equipment, robotic systems, and vision systems.
- Diagnose faults and participate in the technical developments of installations.
- Contribute to improving equipment performance and reducing production downtime.
- Perform calibration operations and participate in equipment qualifications.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and IT teams to ensure operational continuity.
- Participate in root cause analyses, non-conformity management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Training in maintenance, automation, robotics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of automated, robotic, and/or industrial vision systems is mandatory.
- Experience in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharmaceutical) and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Experience in a cleanroom (ISO 8) is an advantage.
