Property Manager (m/f/x)
Neuchâtel, 90%

What you contribute:

• You take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties (checking and participating in the preparation of annual accounts, preparing closures, handling legal cases, etc.)
• You are responsible for the demanding follow-up of tenants
• You ensure the execution and monitoring of ordinary building maintenance
• You prepare market analyses, reports, budgets and forecasts
• You supervise the tasks of employees, rental specialists and technical managers for your portfolio

What you bring:

• You have a basic commercial education (CFC) as well as further training in real estate. A Federal Certificate as a Property Manager is an advantage.
• You already have several years of experience in a similar role
• You are a person with a strong sense of service and have great negotiation skills
• Your professionalism, perseverance and ability to assert yourself complete your profile
• You have an excellent command of French (German and English are a plus)
• You work confidently with IT tools (MS Office, GAIARO REM, etc.)
• You have a driving licence
