What the daily work looks like

• Ensuring tariff-accurate, complete and timely billing in outpatient and inpatient areas
• Handling complex billing cases and clarifying demanding issues
• Supporting employees with professional questions
• Contributing to the optimisation, harmonisation and digitalisation of billing processes

Skills and potential

• Commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in billing or patient administration in healthcare
• Good knowledge of relevant tariffs and billing regulations
• Very good IT user skills and experience with clinical information or ERP systems
• Analytical, structured and independent working style
• High service orientation and strong communication skills
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and high quality standards
