Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for construction and specialist construction management of complex building services projects with a focus on HVACSE. You coordinate heating, ventilation, air conditioning/cooling, sanitary and electrical trades across disciplines and ensure that planning and execution are technically, economically, and timely aligned. You accompany projects from execution planning through realisation to commissioning, functional tests, and acceptance. A central role is played by the early identification of technical interfaces as well as the optimisation of execution and commissioning processes.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and coordination of the HVACSE trades during execution planning, realisation, and commissioning
Responsibility for the overall control of deadlines, costs, quality, and technical requirements
Technical review and support of the execution, workshop, and detailed planning of building services
Coordination of interfaces between heating, ventilation, air conditioning/cooling, sanitary, electrical, and building automation
Review and optimisation of technical solutions regarding feasibility, cost-effectiveness, energy efficiency, and operation
Management and coordination of specialist planners, contractors, suppliers, and internal specialists
Leading HVACSE coordination and technical meetings as well as consistent follow-up of pending issues
Conducting regular site inspections and monitoring the professional and plan-compliant execution
Early identification and resolution of collisions, interface problems, and technical execution risks
Support with tenders, awards, contractor discussions, and change order management
Planning and support of commissioning, integrated tests, functional checks, and acceptance
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, VKF requirements, safety regulations, and Swiss building services guidelines
Qualifications:
Technical basic training EFZ in building services, electrical engineering, or a related field
Further education as certified technician HF building services, engineer FH/BSc, or comparable higher technical qualification
Several years of experience in HVACSE, specialist construction management, construction management, project management, or technical execution
Cross-trade expertise in heating, ventilation, air conditioning/cooling, sanitary and/or electrical as well as good understanding of technical interfaces
Knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and guidelines as well as experience with tendering, execution, commissioning, and acceptance
Confident handling of MS Office and digital project or construction documentation platforms
Very good German language skills spoken and written
